With over 24 years of executive support experience in New Zealand and London, I am the founder of OnPoint Executive Virtual Assistant—a service designed to empower dance studio owners with unparalleled business support. My expertise spans project management, event coordination, business process optimisation, and high-level administrative support, all tailored to streamline your operations and give you the freedom to focus on your passion.
What sets me apart is not just my skill set but my connection to the dance world. My journey began at age 5, training in RAD ballet, which laid the foundation for my later pursuits in American jazz and tap dance. I went on to become a New Zealand Ballroom Dancing Champion, representing my country in international competitions. My passion for the performing arts led me to musical theatre, where I toured the UK with the Olivier Award-winning original cast of Top Hat working backstage supporting the stars of the show. Now back in New Zealand, I remain actively involved in the performing arts community.
This unique blend of business acumen and first-hand dance experience means I understand the intricacies of running a dance studio—from managing daily admin, financials, and scheduling to planning recitals and nurturing relationships with parents and students.
